Your Halloween Agenda 2014

Your Halloween Agenda 2014 | Your Best Options

It’s been almost exactly one year since last Halloween.

Spooky.

This year you could, once again, head into London dressed as The Grim Reaper and spend your evening pointing at old people. However a better option might instead be to read our Halloween Agenda 2014, and then go somewhere fun.

Highlights this year include The Rocky Horror Picture Show Halloween Party on a private rooftop in Soho; Backyard Cinema’s interactive horror movie nights (located inside a makeshift army base filled with zombies); A Grimm Halloween Party, which’ll see the dead being raised inside an enchanted, folktale-themed ballroom filled with overgrown creepers, macabre live performances and live music; and The Mansion’s Halloween Party, which promises to feature two dance floors, a psychic reading station, face painters, a selection of caged vampires…

….and, um, someone playing the bongos.

Alternatively you could attend The Haunted Hollywood Ball (if you’d like to spend the night with your favourite Hollywood horror characters and dead celebrities inside a former art deco cinema); The Halloween Raveyard at The Vaults (if you’re in the mood for guided dissection labs, cabaret, live music and coffin testing inside a zombie disco dance hall); or BGWMC’s Haunted House (if you fancy your chances at winning ring-a-limb, apple bobbing or a brain-eating contest).

Wherever you go, the dress codes at these events can of course be slightly daunting. However going as “Twins That Are Never In The Same Room At The Same Time” probably won’t cut it, so instead why not consider following the sartorial advice of The Dark Circus Party, by dressing up as a sideshow freak, a snake charmer or a clown?

Or just write “South” on an old t-shirt, and go as One Direction.
