Dabbous Restaurant & Bar

It’s date night.

Your soundtrack for the evening: the buzz of your excited fellow diners.

Your chef: a Raymond Blanc protégé, and ex-head chef at Mayfair’s Texture, Ollie Dabbous.

Your post-dinner options: directly under the restaurant, in a cavernous cocktail bar manned by award-winning ex-Cuckoo Clubber Oskar Kinberg.

Your intentions: entirely dishonourable.

Welcome to Dabbous restaurant and bar, opening today on a quiet corner just off Goodge Street.

The view from the street masks a raw and industrial interior that – both in the restaurant and downstairs in the bar - is all bare concrete, distressed floors, sheet metal, copper pipes and exposed brickwork.

The Modern European menu at Dabbous is made up of small, seasonal sharing plates like beef tartar infused with cigar oil and whisky; coddled free range hen egg with woodland mushrooms; braised halibut; roast goose and BBQ’d Iberico pork.

Drinks include a big choice of martinis; champagne cocktails; beer cocktails; longs, shorts and classics – from Cat Diesel and The Crowd Pleaser to the Thriller in Perilla and the Bulletproof.

Innovative sharing plates in a buzzy, stripped-back space on one floor, then post-dinner, award-winning cocktails on the other.

Planning an evening out has never looked so easy.
