Called NUALA, it’s just off the Old Street roundabout, and sports a curved concrete bar, a timber ceiling, and leather seating arranged around the brick-lined open fireplace. During the day, this serves as,
The menu features beef sourced exclusively from Torloisk Highland cows and fresh Cornwall fish, chosen from what’s been caught on the day. Dishes include bone marrow doughnuts; flamed clams in cider; king crab with Pernod butter; rotisserie goose with barley pancakes; and suckling pig and fireplace cabbage.

This part takes its cues from Irish pub heritage, with a large mahogany bar, and pictures swinging from the ceiling that come from the original Guinness archives in Dublin. Head Bartender, Spencer Large (formerly of Barbecoa), has put together the menu of whiskey heavy cocktails and punches.
