Sometimes the London food and drink scene can feel like a broken record.
So you’ll be happy to hear that independent bar operators Rocket Leisure (responsible for the critically lavished Venn St. Records and Northcote Records) have founded a multi-levelled, grandiose Shoreditch warehouse, covered it in vintage artist posters….and the best part?
…shelves overflowing with a whole range of classic records.
The bar offers up an eclectic programme of soul, funk, indie, hip hop and electronica, rock and classic pop music, all of which are a combination of both emerging and established record labels showcasing their up and coming talent, as well as big bands and renowned DJs.
They also serve up a roster of freshly baked sourdough pizzas and a cocktail menu that includes Peach Negronis, a Smoked Pineapple Punch and Pistachio Whiskey Sours – any of which you can get 2-4-1 during their daily happy hour (5-8pm).
Which technically is three happy hours.
For the record.
NOTE: Old St. Records is open Mon-Weds 5pm-1am, Thurs-Sat 5pm-2am. For more information or to book, please visit their website HERE.
