Black Cat Cabaret

Welcome to Black Cat Cabaret.

You’ll be glad to know that the fact it’s crossed your path is automatically good luck.

Because it’s never a bad thing when you get a chance to see a collection of the best up-and-coming cabaret artists, who have won rave reviews and a fair share of illustrious cabaret awards after runs at the London Wonderground festival and Underbelly on the Southbank. And now they’re hosting regular, intimate performances most Saturday nights at the Crazy Coqs, the wonderfully atmospheric art deco basement cocktail and cabaret bar at Brasserie Zédel.

Black Cat Cabaret Brasserie Zedel Crazy Coqs

Featuring a line-up of artists who will simultaneously delight you and make you feel woefully inadequate, there’s a rotating selection of acrobats, aerialists, singers, burlesque performers, fire-breathers and a “gentleman juggler,” who manages to remain characteristically well-mannered, despite getting his balls out on stage.

After which, you’ll no doubt retire for a cocktail in the 30s Bar Américain, or for a ludicrously good value prix fixe just across the grand, marble-clad lobby.

Told you it was good luck.

NOTE: Black Cat Cabaret takes place on most Saturdays at the Crazy Coqs in Brasserie Zédel. Tickets start from £32.50, and can be purchased HERE.
