FOOD: Bigger than the Plate | Play with your food
The V&A have created an exhibition about food…
…and ironically they haven’t made a meal of it.
It’ll take you on a journey from “compost to table” posing questions about how the choices we make can lead to a more sustainable, delicious future. It’s pretty ambitious in scale. There’ll be 70 projects & commissions on display, from edible water bottles, to vintage ads, to urban mushroom farms, to futuristic sausages. And you can visit the cafe afterwards, too.

NOTE: FOOD: Bigger than the plate is on until the 20th October. Tickets cost £17 and you can purchase them right here.
