Spiritland is one of London’s finest bars dedicated to vinyl.
Just for the record.
But given that their King’s Cross bar is – well, indoors – they’re branching out this summer. They’ve set up a mini piazza outside the place, with tables and chairs scattered across the pedestrianised, tree-lined avenue that is Lewis Cubitt Square. As impromptu al fresco set-ups go, it’s pretty dang neat.
They’re serving up their usual menu of craft beers, wines, and cocktails – with a focus on spritzes, given that it’s summer and that. And to go all out on the ‘slice of Italy’ feel they’re going for, they’re joining forces with their neighbouring sister restaurant, Happy Face to serve up wood-fired pizza too. We’re talking margheritas, funghi, pepperoni and vegan pepperoni, all made with their signature 72 hour-proved dough.
That will give you a happy face.
NOTE: Spiritland x Happy Face’s pop up has now closed.
