One word: Feast.
OK, a few more words…
Feast is back and – for the last time ever – it’ll be bringing its own inimitable mélange of exciting chefs, street food vendors, cocktails and live music to a unique London venue for 4 days and 4 nights of culinary chest-bumping.
Now, about this being the last ever Feast… that was a lie.
But it was a white lie, which has possibly –
A) Helped you to fully appreciate Feast’s existence while it’s still around, and
B) Stopped you from “doing a Joni” and only truly appreciating what you’ve got after it’s gone.
Besides, this actually could be the last ever Feast… and you actually could develop hypogeusia and lose your sense of taste, immediately rendering future trips to Feast (assuming that it sticks around forever) a huge waste of your time.
And so today’s upbeat motto is ‘Carpe Diem’.
And that means booking a ticket to Feast (while it’s still around, and while you can still taste) which – on 7th March – will land in a sprawling, 19th Century bonded warehouse in Wapping (just a 15 min walk from the Tower Of London). And this time – complimenting the likes of Pizza Pilgrims, Big Apple Hotdogs and The Last Days Of Pisco – are Spuntino, burger maestros Patty and Bun, Dishoom and HIX (amongst others)…
We say no more.
Ok, we say more: tickets (£9) are on sale here.
