Thank God you now know. Because:
1) The Night Tales team – who’ve previously hosted 25,000 sq ft popups mimmicking the back streets of Japan with Tokyo Nights, and award winning previous incarnations of their eponymously named Night Tales – are currently busy turning an old stone merchant and car scrap yard in the heart of Hackney Wick into the newest version of Night Tales (complete with a sun terrace, raised mezzanine, private booths, a dance floor, a long list of street food partners and five seperate bars). But we’ve agreed not to give too much away.
2) Even if we were to give more away, it’d ruin the surprise. Because we’ve secured you and your friends the guaranteed opportunity to attend their launch night on Friday 24th June – and finding out for yourself will be much more fun.
Now in the interest of transparency, please allow us to specify exactly what we actually mean by the sentence “we’ve secured you and your friends the guaranteed opportunity to attend their launch night”.
See, what we actually meant was that “everyone who heads along to Tokyo Nights on 29th October will have to queue up (for ages) before having to pay £3 to enter and then having to purchase all of their food and drinks for “the normal price”. We, however, have arranged for Nudge Members and their friends to be the only people able to purchase special launch night tickets for £10 which entitle their owners to skip the queue entirely; AND, on entry, to receive two drinks tokens to be spent at any of the five bars”.
