The House Of Peroni Private Dining Experience

The House Of Peroni Private Dining

Sorry, this event has now ended.

There are two ways to get a traditional family feast from world-renowned chef Francesco Mazzei, Chef Patron at Sartoria in Mayfair:

1) Be related to him.

2) Go down to The House of Peroni Residency at Proud East, where you’ll sit at a huge banqueting table with other, equally in-the-know guests, and be treated to a multi-course feast of his Calabrian-born ‘Mezzogiorno’ signature style food. With unlimited Peroni Nastro Azzurro.

You can book in for Francesco’s feast over a number of dates throughout The House of Peroni Residency (here).

And here’s what you can expect:

Including Crudo Di Pesce (Mazzara prawns & blood orange); Insalata di Carciofi (artichoke and pea shoot salad) and Battuta di Manzo (beef fillet with anchovy sauce and truffle shavings).

And now the starter: Tortelli di Burrata – melt-in-the-mouth pasta parcels filled with creamy burrata cheese, and cooked in a butter with baby rainbow chard and aged balsamic.

Merely the first of your main courses – liquorice-cured salt cod with onion jam. If you’re a vegetarian, there’s a summer salad with your name on it.

It’s a palate cleanser, between the main event(s): lemon sorbet mixed with prosecco and topped with vodka.

Now comes the second main course; roasted lamb with artichokes (and polenta with wild mushrooms and black spring truffle for the non-carnivores).

For dessert, he’s whipping up some bergamot cream served with cherries, plus a selection of handmade pasticcini (fine Italian pastries) including an apple tart, and donuts with mandarin cream.
