You could head to a discussion on the future of Italian design; learn from Costardi-trained chefs how to use laser-cut rolling pins to create edible dishware; use innovative Milanese technology to create a foam chair which follows the contours of your body; or attend a DJ set inside an interactive art installation.
Or, alternatively, you could just make a beeline for the private terrace and enjoy an alfresco cocktail mixed by Mr. Gerry Calabrese, followed by an experimental Italian sharing menu cooked by the Michelin-starred Costardi brothers….
And then head home for a snooze, Italian style.
