It’s singlehandedly replaced breakfast as the most important meal of the day. And quite factually, the only thing that can make it any better is having access to it at half the price of everyone else.
Which is exactly what you’re getting for the entire first month of Peruvian hotspot Pachamama‘s all-new spring brunch menu.
Quite specifically, we’re talking 50% off Peruvian goodness including:
Brunch waffles. Made to order from quinoa or sweet potato (thus making them naturally gluten-free) they’re loaded with anything and everything from Peruvian chocolate with toasted quinoa ice cream and cacao crumb, to Peruvian fried chicken with yacon and ají syrup, or Beetroot-cured smoked salmon, avocado, and poached egg.
Pollo a la brasa. That’s half a free-range chicken which has been brined, marinated for two days, then charcoal grilled, served with house jerk sauce and ají amarillo.
Suckling lamb leg. It’s been pulled from the bone and delicately marinated in ají panca and huacatay, and comes with burnt onions, mint crème fraiche, and coriander crumbs.
And less specifically, we’re talking about a brand new, and very long list of weekend-worthy cocktails, such as the pisco, rocoto chilli, fresh lime and ginger beer Gaston Acurio, and the even more pisco, lavender bitters and Earl Grey-charged Chicama.
