Norma | A New Sicilian Inspired Restaurant In Fitzrovia
Upmarket boutique hotel The Stafford will be introducing its first independent culinary project in September, over on Charlotte Street.
Norma, led by Ben Tish (formerly of the Salt Yard Group) as the chef director, will be a Sicilian restaurant inspired by the Moorish influences on the island’s cuisine. The venue will be set over three floors of a grand Fitzrovia townhouse – the restaurant on the ground floor, a cocktail bar above that, and a private dining room at the top. There will also be a crudo bar at the entrance, just for good measure.
Tish’s experience is vast – at The Stafford alone he oversees The Game Bird restaurant, American Bar and Wine Cellar, so this will be yet another feather in his cap…
NOTE: Norma will be open from September in Fitzrovia. We’ll be back with the full scoop then. In the meantime, you can find out more at the website right HERE.
