Tapas Brindisa Brunch
Rice: proudly responsible for 20% of all calories consumed worldwide.
And soon, 100% of your calories consumed on a Saturday and Sunday morning.
Because Tapas Brindisa in Shoreditch are launching a brand new, authentic Spanish brunch menu that pays homage to that mouthwatering monocotyledon through five dishes inspired by different regions from the chef’s travels; from Castilla y León in the mountains, to the sunny coast of Valencia.
Seated on their long communal tables, or propped up at the Barcelona-styled bar overlooking the buzzy open kitchen, you’ll be able to tuck into dishes like seafood paella with cuttlefish & mussels; some arroz de costillas with puffy bomba rice, pork ribs and black pudding; or the soupy caldoso de bogavante with lobster claws and roasted garlic – all served up in hefty sizzling sharing pans.
And all of which can be chased up with a new range of brunch cocktails, including their Monmouth coffee-laden Espresso Martini, and the Sunshine Juice (comprising Isle of Wight yellow tomato juice, Gin Mare, and lemon) – best enjoyed on their refurbed outdoor terrace.
Going with the grain never felt so good.
NOTE: Tapas Brindisa brunch is available in their Shoreditch branch on weekends from 12-5pm.
