Win A VIP Experience at Cocktails in the City: Terms & Conditions

  1. Entries must be made through https://thenudge.com.
  2. Entries into the prize draw can be made until 12pm noon on Thursday 18th July 2017. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
  3. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland age 18 years and over, excluding employees of Bourne & Hollingsworth, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the prize draw.
  4. There is 1 prize to be won, for one Nudge reader and three friends: one complimentary brunch dish and two complimentary cocktails plus tea, coffee or juice per person; free entry to Cocktails in the City plus one food token and two drinks tokens each; a round of complimentary nightcaps at Reverend JW Simpson and a annual, virtual Nudge Memberships.
  5. The prize is not transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.
  7. There will be 1 winner and they will be chosen at random on Thursday 18th July 2017.
  8. The winners will be contacted via email on Friday 14th July using the email address provided at point of entry. The winners will have 72 hours to provide their contact details which will be passed to Bourne & Hollingsworth for final arrangements. The Nudge will make all reasonable efforts to contact a chosen winner. In the unlikely event that we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact a chosen winner within 24 hours, the prize will be offered to the next randomly picked entrant(s).
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the entry, terminate the prize draw or declare void any entry in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion.
  10. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost or delayed in transmission.
  11. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  13. The Promoter and its employees, agents and/or distributors will not be responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant howsoever arising from participating in the prize draw or from accepting any prize.
  14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and any other liability which cannot as a matter of law be excluded.
  15. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on these statutory rights you should contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
