Blueprint Café

Blueprint Café | Tower Bridge Restaurant

Irrespective of the season, dining at Blueprint Café is a no-brainer.

Because in the summer you’ll be looking for an excuse to wander through Butler’s Wharf and enjoy a meal somewhere with a light, airy interior and massive greenhouse-style windows. And in the winter you’ll be looking to impress whomever you’re with enough to guarantee their assistance in keeping you warm throughout the night after dinner.

Naughty.

And the easiest way of achieving that particular goal is to take your guest to a place that has amazing views of one of the world’s preeminent landmarks: the glittering crown in London’s vast collection of iconic architecture, Tower Bridge…

You know, a place like Blueprint Café.

Having arrived it’s worth noting that your happiness won’t solely be dependent on simply being able to see a big bridge, because the head chef at Blueprint is Mr. Rudolphe Warner, who’s previously spent time working in the kitchens at Michelin-starred Hide.  The menu’s fairly affordable by London standards – particularly for cooking of this quality, and the view – and includes gems like roast haunch of venison with pickled pear and chestnut; Cornish crab with a roast shell broth; and cherry blossom soaked tea cake with rum and cream.

See? No-brainer.

NOTE: The Blueprint Café is open for lunch Tues-Sun and dinner Tues-Sat. You can find out more, and book a table, right HERE.
