THINGS THAT ARE THE SAME
You’ll find their famed fried chicken (duh) including their Whole Fry Sunday which see them dip an entire crispy-coated bird into the oil. Szechuan Aubergine starters, charred hispi with kimchi salad cream & bacon sides, and one marrow BBQ dips will also feature. Then there are
THE THINGS THAT ARE DIFFERENT
Which will include all-new Mexinese Nachos (that would be Mexican & Chinese fusion nachos, with corn tortillas, a Szechuan ‘ragù’, and kimchi flavoured cheese sauce); The Colonel sandwich (a buttermilk-brined herb-fed thigh served on potato bread, with a buttermilk herb mayo; and an all-new House Sour cocktail, which this time involves blackberries, lavender, lime, and black pepper vinegar.
Which will leave a sour taste in your mouth. Hopefully.
