Juno Rooms | Dinner & Cocktails in The City
Juno was the Roman goddess of marriage & love, and the deity Romans looked to for guidance regarding their own love lives.
And although we’re not saying her advice was bad per se, she did marry her own brother.
Either way, her best legacy is probably going to be her name, which is gracing Watling Street’s soon-to-be-new bar and restaurant Juno Rooms.
It’s going to be a two-floor affair run by the people at the Urban Pubs & Bars group, who’re also responsible for the Salt Yard restaurants, and Paradise By Way of Kensal Green. The menu details are scant, but it looks like a bit of a globe-spanning culinary jaunt taking in dishes like a chicken ramen burger; some strozzapreti pasta with roast squash; and a little crab linguine with chilli & basil. There’ll be more details forthcoming, and we’ll update as soon as we have them. After all…
…the more Juno.
NOTE: Juno Rooms is due to open on 15th February, with 50% off food and drink (email firstname.lastname@example.org). We’ll be back then with the full scoop, but in the meantime, you can check out their website right HERE.
