The Big Easy

The Big Easy has been serving up margaritas, buckets of beer and “home-style” meals on the King’s Road in Chelsea since 1991.

So while it may not be the best date spot, it isn’t hard to get into and – in truth – it doesn’t even serve the best food…

…it sure as shit is really old.

All of that said, as London’s no.1 Crabshack it does serve up some pretty great food and drink in one of London’s most laid back and vibrant atmospheres, complimented by nightly live music.

Yep, it gets 5 stars from us for its personality and atmosphere; for its Classic Chophouse Burger; for its white and red chequered tablecloths; for its “voodoo” wings and its surf and turf; for showing ESPN; for its Fresh Maine Lobster and its Big Easy Mule cocktail; for its live music every night; and for its Real Home-Smoked Bar-B-Q…

…but 3 stars for everything else.

NOTE: The Big Easy is open daily and serves a happy hour menu all day Monday and 4.30-7.30pm Tues-Fri. There are now also branches in Canary Wharf and Big Easy Covent Garden.
