Top Cuvée | A cosy wine bar & bistro in Highbury
The team from cocktail bar Three Sheets in Dalston apparently give a sheet about food too, because they’re about to open a bistro.
It’s going to be called Top Cuvée, and it’ll be in Highbury. They’ve enlisted the help of head chef Dan Miller (who’ll be coming fresh from starring roles at the Naughty Piglet and the Harwood Arms) and Brodie Meah, who helped launch Dinner by Heston over in Melbourne.
Both the menu and the vibe will be reminiscent of the Parisienne bistro scene, with “sharing plates prepared using classic techniques, alongside a range of charcuteries and cheeses” to go with the understandably large & well-curated wine list.
And, not forgetting their roots, there’ll be cocktails too.
Which, given their creative lilt, may well contain actual roots.
NOTE: Top Cuvée is set to open in February. We’ll be back then with the full scoop. In the meantime, you can check out their website right HERE.
