808s & Heartbreak – An Orchestral Rendition of Kanye

Hear Ye, hear Ye…

…is what you’re going to do when you go down to the orchestral rendition of Kanye West’s 808’s & Heartbreak.

It’s taking place at Shoreditch’s XOYO on November 29th, and is going to be hosted by Re:Imagine, who’ve built up an incredible reputation for events like this, in which they’ve enlisted the help of some of London’s leading classical musicians to put together ensembles including brass sections, rhythm sections, string quartets, vocalists and rappers.

This particular show will put their 16-piece orchestra to use reimagining Ye’s (back then Kanye’s) classic 2008 album, on the 10 year anniversary of its release. It’ll have all the hits, from Love Lockdown to Heartless, and there’s going to be a light show to round out the whole experience.

Which may or may not include Flashing Lights.

NOTE: The 10th anniversary orchestral rendition of Kanye West’s 808’s & Heartbreak is going to take place on the 29th of November; tickets cost £15 and are available HERE.

OTHER NOTE: Nudge Members are getting a something special for the event. Find out more at your Member’s Area.
