We’ve got a real son of a Pitch for you.
It’s the second incarnation of Pitch Stratford; the killer al fresco drinking/street food-ing terrace tucked a few minutes down the road from Stratford Station that first popped up last year.
It’s re-popping up on March 29th with a lineup of some of London’s best street food, events, and more, including themed film screenings, evening classes, party nights, weekly Friday networking drinks, and Sunday DJ brunches. What else is on offer? Well…
FOOD & DRINK
You’ll find Ticos serving up gourmet hot dogs and slow-cooked beef ribs; The Gyoza Guys bring their famously silky dumplings to the table; modern Greek specialists Kalimera will offer souvlaki & moussaka; and The Pitch Sweet Shack is there to top everything off with homemade churros & crepes. Washing all that down, there’ll be a bar with Camden Town Brewery draught taps, plus ciders, wine, and cocktails.
And not just any cinema. A vast, 196 inch HD screen. And not only will it have a solid lineup of movies, but it’ll be playing the World Cup, too.
While you could conceivably stay at Pitch for the entire day/evening, it just so happens that they have a sister venue across the street – it’s an indoor trampoline park set in a 100 year-old Victorian Theatre. And it has a late-night speakeasy hidden below it called The Curious Fox.
Just makes sure you go to those two in the right order.
NOTE: Pitch Stratford relaunches on the 29th of March. You can find out more, and book their opening events at their website right HERE.
