The Sun & 13 Cantons Have Announced Their Next Residency

Hold on tight…

…because The Sun & 13 Cantons are shaking things up again.

As you know they’ve currently got Ukrainian-focused Pampushka in the kitchen. However, come the 17th of March, Tenril – a new British-leaning, plant-focused concept from ex-Chiltern Firehouse and The Dairy chef Rishim Sachdeva – will be climbing into its place.

Tendril’s already popped up in both Putney and at The Hive in Bethnal Green. However The Sun & 13 Cantons will be its biggest and longest-standing gig yet. It will run for three months in total – until July – serving the likes of Sachdeva’s sweet corn gnocchi with fermented corn puree; hand-rolled pasta with cashew ricotta; or crispy mushroom wellington with confit garlic; alongside all The Sun’s usual booze.


NOTE: Tendril will be popping-up at Soho’s The Sun & 13 Cantons from March 17th until July. Bookings aren’t open just yet but when they are you’ll be able to book via The Sun & 13 Canton’s website here
