Wait no, a 10. Because it comes from the award-winning, appropriately named peeps at Smart Parties, who sold out their NYE party last year within weeks, and are following up by putting on the largest, most astoundingly high-end shindig in town.
And we feel quite confident in brashly asserting that because – for one – it’s all going to take place in Evolution London, a vast 5,650 square metre space that they’re turning into New York City for the evening. And we really mean that. The streets, the cabs, the subway, the sights, there’ll even be facades of full-on multi-storey buildings in there.
Then – for two – there’s the fact that everything inside is already included in your ticket. Not just the bubbly & canapés you’ll get when you walk in, but also:
- Unlimited house beer, wine and soft drinks all night
- Live onstage entertainment
- Live DJ & disco
- Dodgems
- A late-night casino
- Live-streaming of the fireworks show
Oh, and a full four-course dinner including London-cured smoked salmon with beetroot & caviar creme fraîche; cheddar cheese soufflé with caramelised fig; Surrey farm sirloin of beef with sticky glazed parsnips; butternut squash risotto with sage & crispy kale; and a – brace yourself – sticky toffee pudding with dark chocolate ice cream & salted caramel fudge sauce.
