The answer is clear.
It looks like the kind of vodka that would be hand-bottled at an urban micro-distillery under the arches of Hackney Downs station. Where they’d also host a series of dinner party-style evenings hosted by guest chefs, culminating with Alex Jackson from the vaunted Sardine, who’d serve up a 4-course, vodka cocktail-paired feast on September 6th. Which you can get free tickets to, for yourself and three lucky guests.
In short, it would look like Our/London Vodka.
You see, they use British wheat and a unique yeast originally found in wine production to give their vodka “a floral and citrus nose and a light, smooth mouthfeel”, specifically so that it pairs well with food. And talking of food, the menu you can look forward to on the evening in question is a Provençal feast paired with infused vodka cocktails:
