The World's Fastest City Zip Line Is In Town

Zip Now | Waterloo Zip Line

If you wanted to zip later, then tough luck.

Zip Now is back for the summer, and commands you to take a 225m long flight over the treetops of Archbishop’s Park on the biggest, fastest city zip wire in the world.

Standing at 35m high, the set up has four zip lines, meaning that you can simultaneously make your descent with up to three friends. On the way down, you’ll be able to spot all the big hitters of the London skyline: the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, the Shard, the Gherkin, and the scaffolding over Big Ben.

At the end of the wire (at which point you’ll have reached a cool 30mph), you can opt to take the fast route down and plunge into a 12m free fall to round off your trip… after which we strongly recommend a glass of something strong at The Garden Café.

NOTE: Zip Now runs at Archbishop’s Park, Waterloo, until 15th September. Tickets cost £25, and you can book HERE.
