Free Online Workshops From The How To Academy

There’s a lot of pressure to learn something right now…

…like how to cook, or draw, or not murder your flatmate who keeps walking in half dressed whilst you’re on a video call.

So much so in fact it makes it a little challenging to know where to begin. Which is why we were happy to hear that the How To Academy – who regularly play host to workshops, talks, and events, exploring some of the world’s greatest minds – are running three free online masterclasses this coming April.

The line up is as follows:

14th of April –  How To Adapt And Survive In A Time Of Crisis  – psychotherapist Julia Samuel talks to journalist and interviewer Hannah MacInnes about how to find unknown strengths in times of uncertainty and change

21st of April – The New Science Of Healing And Recovery – world-renowned Harvard medic Dr Jess Rediger discusses the science of healing, applying his fifteen years of insights to the current Covid-19 crisis

28th of April – How To Cope With Uncertainty At Work – comedian, author, and podcaster Viv Groskop looks at how you can support yourselves and others professionally (and potentially even thrive) during this incredibly unsettling time

Anyone is welcome to attend, and as we already mentioned, it’s totally free. All you need to do is to visit their website here, choose the masterclass(s) you’d like to take part in and sign up. You’ll then be sent a private link, as well as a reminder two days before your chosen event(s) so you don’t forget.

Simples.

NOTE: The How To Academy free online workshops will take place in April. For more information, or to book, visit their website here
