NOTE: the Experimental Food Society Spectacular 2013 Banquet has now taken place.

The Experimental Food Society will be bringing you the ultimate dining experience the 8th and 9th of November, at the prestigious Park Lane Hotel.

You will be treated to a five-course menu (£90) created to develop your sense of smell and demonstrate how it can be heightened to improve your culinary experience.

With dishes created by none other than Food Designers Blanch & Stock, experimental psychologist Professor Charles Spence, and Food & Fragrance Artist Louise Bloor, you will enjoy the best of British produce and unique creations: think an inhalable blackcurrant bud absolute served as a breathable cloud…

The banquet will be served to a tailored soundtrack, and you will also be able to enjoy a range of interactive food activities.
