Ever get that feeling?
You know, that instinctive sense that the very last thing you’d like to receive – particularly on a sunny Friday afternoon – is an early invitation to a secret and highly illicit late night cocktail party celebrating the start of the four day Easter weekend?
Didn’t think so.
Which is just as well, because on Thursday 5th April 2012 Illegal Light Night Cocktail Bar returns for a night of “illicit drunkenness in a hard to find place”.
And you’re the very first to hear about it.
This time around the place in question is two East London railway arches, complete with a garden playground terrace set to be transformed – for one night only – into one of London’s hottest cocktail bars by two of London’s leading bartenders: Paul Mant of Quo Vadis, and Joe Stokoe from The (incomparably debauched) Box.
The cocktail bar will open at 7pm, giving your long weekend the very firmest of kick-starts.
DJs Ollie Russian and Blonde Ambition are expected to join in the fun at 9pm, and will keep it going until the early hours of the next morning.
