The Game’s Afoot | Immersive Theatre
There’s no police like Holmes.
But you’re going to have to try and come close, because as one of Scotland Yard’s newest recruits, you’ll have to channel your inner Sherlock to parse through 100 clues, interview suspects, and make sense of the intricate multi-sensory world laid out in this immersive, Victorian-era detective experience.
It all comes courtesy of the folks at Les Enfants Terribles, who were responsible for such immersive excellence as Alice’s Adventures Underground. This time around, the experience is set entirely in Madame Tussauds, who’ve faithfully recreated Victorian-era London in their space.
The two possibles cases you might take on alternate each night, and include:
The Case of the Poisonous Poet – there is a serial killer on the loose who kills his victims by stabbing them, in the heart, with a fountain pen, with a poem pierced through it. It’s your job to ensure the killer gets a dose of, ahem, poetic justice. Or,
The Case of the Bloodthirsty Beast – a mutilated body has been discovered. Could it be the work of an escaped animal? A murderous maniac? A graduate from the Baskerville puppy training academy?
You’ll be in your element(ary).
PLEASE NOTE: This event has taken place.
