Tú | South American Supperclub
Tú, as you may know, is Spanish for ‘you’. But in some cases, it means ‘you are about to dine on an exquisite multiple course banquet of sharing dishes, designed to showcase the best of South American cuisine, all cooked up by the lauded chef behind the supperclub in the St. Pancras clock tower, and incidentally making a donation to crucial community work supporting the homeless while you’re at it.’
This is one of those cases.
Housed in the elegantly unpretentious Refettorio Felix in Earl’s Court, it’s a taster of the restaurant that chef Martin Milesi’s hoping to bring to London next year. And if you’re wondering, that taster will taste a lot like arepas, Argentinian steak and all-inclusive wine.
