So it’s understandable that Highbury’s preeminent seafood spot Prawn on the Lawn are expanding into neighbouring coffee house Sawyer & Gray for a pop up, late night bar, where they’ll be serving oysters, classic POTL small plates and new bar snacks alongside spicy cucumber margaritas and English sparkling wines.
