Jam On Rye can mean one of three things:
1) A solid breakfast choice.
2) A fairly accurate guess as to Peckham’s current traffic.
3) A fantastic, one-day music festival taking place this Spring bank holiday (May 28th), in collaboration with KERB street food, at which you can expect the following:
MUSIC
There’ll be more than 16 acts spread out across three stages playing all day, including the likes of David Rodigan, Mungo’s Hi-Fi, Earl Gateshead, Sisters of Reggae, Reggae Roast (ft. Mr Williamz), Adam Prescott, and many, many more. They’ve even got a secret headliner to be unveiled at the last minute. To go with all that, there will be…
STREET FOOD
A dozen traders will be on hand to solve your hunger, meaning you can get tacos from Breddos; proof that their name is inaccurate from White Men Can’t Jerk; dreamy BBBQ from BBQ Dreamz; yet more tacos from Club Mexicana; Italian-style burgers from Baggio Burger; loaded pittas from The Grilling Greek; wood-fired pizza from Wandercrust; and spectacularly interesting flavours from Nonna’s Gelato.
Anyone going should consider themselves pretty jammy…
NOTE: Jam on Rye is taking place on May 28th, in Peckham. You can get tickets, and find out more at their website right HERE.
