You will be, because it’s a Mexican pop up restaurant that seeks to “explore life beyond tacos” in ever-changing, unusual venues, from laundromats, to warehouses, to distilleries. You’ll make your way to the secret location and grab a pew at the long, communal tables, before feasting on the likes of tuna tartare tostados, sous vide hake with green mole, and Mexican flan with a liquid caramel top…
